Balochistan PA Discusses Measures to Protect Wildlife

ISLAMABAD, April 28 2014: The Balochistan Assembly discussed priorities of the government with regard to preservation of forest and protection of wildlife in the province during 4th sitting of its 9th session on Monday, says Free and Fair Election Network (FAFEN) in its Daily Factsheet.

Fourteen legislators -PkMAP (8), PML-N and NP (two each) and one each from JUI-F and ANP – participated in the debate for two hours and six minutes.

Provincial Minister for Law tabled Balochistan Public Service Commission Annual Report 2012. Female lawmaker of NP presented House Committee Report which was endorsed by the House.

The House postponed discussion on the government priorities till next sitting regarding Health and Education in the proposed budget 2014-15.
