Low Attendance sitting met for more than three and half hours

The Ninth Sitting of Nineteenth Session of the National Assembly met for 3 Hours and 39 minutes. Although the Quorum was visibly lacking at various stages of the sitting, the lack of quorum was not pointed out by any of the legislators.
