Al Rehmat Welfare Society (AWS) is a Gujranwala-based not-for-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1996 and registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961. The organization is striving for poverty alleviation of neglected communities through skill development, education, advocacy campaigns with political representatives & livelihood programs, protection of human/women/children/minority rights, democratic reforms and promotion of sustainable modern agricultural practices. Furthermore, the organization is working for water and sanitation facilities in the area. |
