Caritas Pakistan Karachi is a Karachi Central-based not-for-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1965 and registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The organization is striving for community empowerment through self-awareness, interfaith harmony, social justice, peace building and poverty alleviation with special focus on the deprived communities. Furthermore, the organization is working to ensure human dignity for everyone and runs social awareness campaigns on human rights. It is also focusing on capacity building of marginalized segments of the society to enable them become financially self-reliant. |
