The Children Rights Defense Welfare Organization (CRD) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that was established in 2000 under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961. The organization is focused on the promotion of child rights in KP and other provinces of Pakistan. Through its work, it has reached out to disadvantaged persons who are badly in need of basic necessities related to health, education, protection and sustainable livelihoods. It has gradually expanded its outreach to the remotest areas throughout the country to empower local communities and make them self-reliant. |
