||Growing Laager Aspiring Development (GLAD) Welfare Society is a not-for-profit organization from District Sargodha. The Society was established in 2009, under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961. Through its community outreach and awareness program on good governance, citizenship and democratic values, it aims to establish a well-educated society that understands the concept of citizenship. GLAD is improving community awareness of the Covid-19 pandemic and Dengue epidemic. Volunteering in disaster relief programs, the organization is raising mental and physical health awareness. GLAD has also been providing free legal aid to victims of human rights violations, especially women. They have also conducted multiple surveys, i.e. poverty and livelihood surveys, and carried out District Level Budget Research and Budget Advocacy Activities for the Citizens' Network for Budget Accountability (CNBA).
