Human Awareness Motivation and Durable Alliance for Rural Development (HAMDARD) is an Upper Kohistan-based, not-for-profit organization, formed in 2006 and registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961. HAMDARD intends on bringing about a positive social change by organizing marginalized social groups and mobilizing community resources for ensuring economic, political and social security, and natural resource management on the grassroots level. |
