Insan Dost Social Organization (IDSO) is a Khairpur-based not-for-profit, non-governmental organization established in 2009 and registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961. The organization works on small community uplift projects on a self-help basis with contributions from members. Besides that, the organization is striving for the elimination of violence against women, protection of human rights, provision of skillful education, and increased political participation of communities. It is also investing in the areas of health, capacity building, sanitation, rights-based advocacy and environment protection. |
