PRID-Programme for Peace Rehabilitation Integrated Development is an Upper Dir-based not-for-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1982 and registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961. The organization is striving for social development of vulnerable communities and takes participatory development initiatives focusing on the active involvement of the communities especially women, youth, children and persons with disabilities (PWDs). Furthermore, the organization focuses on health, education, civil rights, elimination of violence against women, tourism and runs awareness campaigns on social issues. |
