Sahar Arts Council & Welfare Organization (SACWO) is an Upper Dir-based not-for-profit, non-governmental organization established in 2011 and registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961. The organization is striving for community development through social awareness, promotion of sports in youth, health and educational facilities and basic human and civil rights. Furthermore, the organization is putting efforts into a reformed and transparent democratic system and also take part in election observation. |
