Welfare Association for Altruism (WAFA) is a Khanewal-based not-for-profit organization, established in 2000 and registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961. The organization works for youth development, women empowerment, mother-reborn health, food security programs and health and quality education. It also works for minorities' rights, responding to emergency, poverty reduction, provision of safe drinking water and hygience promotion programs as well as community life-supporting skills.
