KP Assembly: 50 Cut Motions on 59 Demands for Grants

ISLAMABAD, June 24, 2013: As many as 50 Cut Motions were raised by 18 members in the sixth sitting of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly’s second session on Monday. Starting 36 minutes late, the sitting lasted four hours and 30 minutes.

As many as 75 members were present at the outset while 78 were there at the end of the sitting. A maximum of 107 members were present at one point of sitting.

The Speaker chaired the entire sitting. The Chief Minister, the Finance Minister, the parliamentary leaders of JI, QWP, ANP, PPPP, AJIP and the only member of APML attended the sitting.
