KP Assembly: Lack of Quorum Leads to Adjournment of Sitting

ISLAMABAD, March 14, 2016: Starting 70 minutes behind the scheduled time, the second sitting of 16th session of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly was adjourned due to lack of quorum, says Free and Fair Election Network on Monday.

The sitting started at 1510 hours against the scheduled time of 1400 hours with 52 lawmakers (42%) present at the start and 20 (16%) at the time of adjournment.
