STEP is a non Governmental, non profitable organization established in 19th March 1992 while registered in 2006 with a prime mandate to strengthen the society through community mobilization and volunteer support forums in order to ensure Child protection & empowerment, poverty alleviation and development of local institution.
Their aim is to strengthen rural and urban communities on equal, just and sensible provision of basic education, health facilities and basic life skills to all children/women and where there is no discrimination in the provision of resources on the basis of race, gender color and class for achieving sustainable development through participatory approach.
